Jill Dupleix is a celebrated Australian food writer, restaurant critic and author of sizteen cookbooks. She is currently food editor of The Australian Financial Review Magazine and a director of the National Indigenous Culinary Institute. She was formerly the food editor for The Times in Londonfor many years. Her latest project is Truth, Love & Clean Cutlery, the world’s first sustainable and ethical restaurant guide.
