The Alex Hotel cafe responds to the overarching concept of the 'Hotel as Home’. With the client, four key concepts were established for the interiors; 'the personal', 'the escape', 'the craft' and 'the legacy', nurturing a sense of intimacy, connectedness and domesticity.
