Kazuki’s is a 45-seater Japanese fine dining restaurant, originally established in Daylesford. In relocating to Melbourne within a two-storey Victorian premises on Lygon Street, the client sought to create ‘a slow restaurant on a fast street’ which embodied a quiet confidence, reflecting their values of care and conviviality.
