The project was to convert two dilapidated WWII-era hangars in the heart of inner-city Brisbane into a modern and contemporary restaurant, bar and function space. Stratton Bar & Kitchen boasts a unique interior thanks to the preservation and accentuation of many of the original elements of the hangars.
