Billy’s is a restaurant within a restored heritage 1890s homestead at hospitality precinct Ayrburn, Queenstown. The space consists of five intimate dining rooms, main/dispense bars, salons and new external structure, The Conservatory. Theatrical interiors steeped in craftsmanship and customisation feature artisanal detailing, bold colour and specialist finishes.
